Well to start off, I wanted to start training with more resistance during my workout and felt that the MIR vest would be perfect. I did a lot of research on other weighted vest and decided to go with MIR. I received the vest via Priority Mail USPS within a couple days which the mail man was happy that I was home.

Here are some of the pros and cons of the vest.

Pro:
Very well crafted material that will not break
Weights are top notch
Simple to setup

Con:
The vest tends to bounce off of the body while running and jump type of exercises. If this vest had a secure vest it would be perfect.

If you are an avid runner and do various jump type exercises this vest is not for you. I would recommend the MIR Narrow type vest that has a Secure strap ( the MIR vest that has two straps ).
All in all this is a very well made product. Like I said before, if it had the secure strap made for it, it would be perfect.
