I have had the opportunity to use the Supernova on a number of dives in Little Cayman last year. It works well as a video light on night dives and can be used to highlight smaller objects / marine life on day dives. The wide angle produces about a three to four foot circle of light at ten feet or less. The construction of the light is high quality. Be sure to completely rinse and dry the sea water off of the light before unscrewing the port for a recharge of the battery.
