Con: Metal holes don't line up, pins are hard to fit, came with bolts that are too big and stop the wheels folding, no instructions, extra metal pieces I have no idea how to use. Maybe to hold out the wheels at an angle? Also check price as other people sell the same wheels, cheaper.
