Two horizontal crossbar sets are included: one adjusts from 6"-11" and the other from 11"-18". The Scupper Pup carries up to 200 pounds on its 10"x4" pneumatic tires. This is a terrific product. Very easy to use and makes a reasonably heavy item easily manageable by one person. We bought two of them. One problem only. We are using the cart in a salt water environment and the little set screws on the cross bar have corroded in only a month.
