This is a very nice, concealable shoulder holster. It's pretty comfortable (as much as a shoulder holster can be), although to be honest IWB carry was always my preference. This should comes disassembled and requires you to screw it together and adjust it, but it takes maybe 20-30 minutes. I love the feel and smell of the real leather. I think the vertical orientation helps to hide your gun, although it also makes it more difficult to draw it out quickly -- especially since there is no tie-down, but I don't consider it a big issue. The shoulder straps are a little bit narrow and can dig into your shoulder after a few hours... so you need to be real tough to wear this type of holster seriously. But it's nice for what it is, and it serves it's intended purpose. Main issue I have with the VSH system by Galco is if you did buy another holster 'component' it would be very time consuming to swap it out (if you want to carry one gun one day, and another gun the next day), so it's effectively just a permanent holster in my view.
