The adjustable shoulder straps, sternum strap, and web belt provide a comfortable fit while allowing ample adjustment. The bag also features silent zipper pulls, grommets for drainage, and cinch straps on the sides and top to maintain load integrity. Note: Medical supplies not included. This pack is everything the description says it should be.

Designed for special operators, who have to be self-sustaining in a mobile, often hostile environment.

I was a UDT/SEAL, active 1980 - 1989. I'm rotating in new gear for my kit, and am very happy I found this.

The quality is superb, the functionality, extremely well thought out and implemented.

It is large, durable, light. The material and fasteners are extreme duty.

Enough pockets, retainers and space for a small field hospital. (Aside from long splints, I can't think of a single field medical item that wouldn't fit in here.)

If you want to or need to go heavy, this will take whatever you throw at it.

I've never seen anything better - wish we'd had these when I was serving.
