As the previous poster said before, there is a little noise problem in the beginning. But a little squirt of WD-40 fixed it instantly.

I've been using this for about a month now, and I just love it. I didn't realize how much of a sweat you can work up in just a couple minutes. And my rear is starting to get a much cuter, rounded shape than my previous and strange fat girl pancake. (How I'm overweight with a flat butt is beyond me...)

It's a really nice addition to your at home work out. I can squeeze in a little cardio and help the kids with homework at the same time. My kids love it too! On rainy days when thay can't go out and play, but still need to run off a head of steam, they jump on and are worn out in 15 minutes. I'm thinking of ordering another just for them to use.
