I bought this jacket last year (2011) when I just started running to help me get through the MN winter. I must say, once again Mountain Hardwear doesn't disappoint! This jacket blocks the wind from the front while the moisture from your perspiration wicks and vents out the back. With proper layering I have successfully used this jacket for winter running down into the mid teens!
