pros-----top 6" of water is hot...seems to help the temp better than our original 8ml solid blue cover did

cons----- fairly heavy and takes longer to get air wrinkles out

bottom line great price for a decent cover---not sure if the silver aluminum helps or not but so far after 2 months of 85+ degree temps it seems to be doing the job.
